Login details
It's neither allowed to choose the name of an other person as username, nor may it contain it. Furthermore it is forbidden to choose a term that is a registered trade mark, protected under copyright law or otherwise protected. Also the username may not infringe the rights of natural persons or legal entities.
The password choosen during the registration process must be kept safe, secret and may not be handed out to a third party. Every user itself is responsible and liable for possible damages that may arise due to the disclosure of the password.
There isn't a legal claim to an account activation for the community. TuneFinder.com is authorized to refuse the activation of user accounts without telling reasons respectively the accounts can be closed or deleted any time particularly if the rules were breached.
Rules
The general netiquette has to be adhered. It is forbidden to publish or to refer to contents being racialist, pornographic, force glorifying, slanderous, offending, obscene, immoral or otherwise illegal. You have to take care not to hurt the cultural and religious concerns of other users. Every user may use this service under a nickname (username), however it is forbidden to feign a different identity. It is not allowed to publish comments or messages of promotional nature and it is also forbidden to publish contact details e.g. telephone/fax numbers or email addresses.

TuneFinder.com operates an audio search engine that links to media files of musicians and bands. Any non-private or commercial use needs to be brought into agreement with the corresponding holder of rights.

All content provided by TuneFinder.com itself like articles, graphics, text, search results, playlists, rss-feeds are subject to copyright. A commercial use of the data published by TuneFinder.com is not allowed. The access to the contents of TuneFinder.com is permitted through available scripts and html-codes. Any activity that may negatively influence or damage the infrastructure of TuneFinder.com is forbidden.
Comments from Users
With posting a comment or message the user grants TuneFinder.com the right to use, publish, spread and make it accessible to third parties unlimited in time and place. The user confirms being the author and legal owner of rights of its published textual contribution. Copying and publishing content of third parties is strictly forbidden.
Lotteries
Legal proceedings are excluded for all lotteries that tunefinder.com arranges. The minimum age to take part is 18 years, otherwise an approval from the parents is mandatory. The winner will be notified by email about a prize and has to confirm it within 72 hours by answering with ist reception address (postal address). The prize expires or will be drawn by lots again if the winner does not respond. The winners postal address may be passed on to the sponsor for dispatching the prize. A disclosure of the data to third parties that are not invovled in arranging and organizing the lotterie does not happen. The data that were submitted to take part in the lottery may be saved, analyzed and used for promotional purpose by TuneFinder.com. The winners will be anounced publicly under detail of their usernames or the shortened real names and place (John D., City). The participant agrees to this public announcement. An exchange or payment instead of the prize is not possible.
